Trapped

Have you ever had the feeling of being trapped?. That no matter what you do, you cannot find a way out and all you can do is sit and wait until things solve out or else?. Well, that happened to me, but only once in my entire life. and since then, i've never been able to replicate what happened that day. Today, to celebrate halloween, i'd like to share an odd experience that i had as a kid, one that has been haunting me ever since. There was one time where i was sent with my big brother to go and sleep at grandma's house, i was around 7 years old at the time. It was one of the first times i had to sleep somewhere else other than my own house, but grandma is always very nice so i had nothing to worry about...... how fool i was. When it came time to sleep, i went to brush my theets and headed to my bed. me and my brother had to share the same room with one bed for each, we both said our good nigths, and we sleeped. But then, after a while of sleep, i woke up. I don't remember why, maybe i had to go to the bathroom or i heard something, the point is that i waked up early while my brother was still on bed. It was all pitch black, i couldn't see anything, everything was engoloped in darkness. I tried to leave my bed but then, it happened. For some reason, there was a wall right next to my bed. I knew there was one near my bed, but that one was on my right, while this one was on my left. I was confused, but just in case, i went the other side and... there was a wall there too. two walls preventing me from escaping. I tried to see if there was a way out, maybe i could go from the front, but no luck. tere was no way out, i was trapped, and i wasn't even sure if my brother was even here or if he could hear me. I started panicing, i had no idea what was going on, why this is happening or if someone could help me. i sceamed and screamed but no inmidiate response. i was on my own. After that, i had no choice but to calm myself down and find a way out, i tried touching the walls in the darkness hoping that there was a switch or anything that could help me. but then............. the lights went up again, i waked up my brother with all of my previous screams, it worked!. but then, i got hited with a reality chech. Before the lights went back on, i was touching the wall on my left that appeard out of nowhere, but when he turned the lights on ..... i was touching the wall on my right. that wall, was gone. i couldn't comprehend what was going on and to this day, there's no real explination as to what happened to me that day. my mom things it was an eptilectic attack that caused it, but it was so different from all of the other ones that it couldn't be that. it most likely was a nightmare i had but nothing like it ever happened ever since so to this day, it remains a mystery that'll forever remain unsolved, constantly haunting me, for the rest of my life
